Our patients having Total Hip Replacement and Total Knee Replacement and other procedures that require staying overnight in the hospital have the luxury of utilizing our Orthopedic Concierge during their hospitalization. Beth Israel Medical Center is the only institution in New York City with a dedicated Orthopedic Concierge. Our Orthopedic Concierge addresses the non-surgical needs of our patients. The goal of this unique program is to assist the non-clinical but equally important needs of our in-patients and their families. Our experience has shown that helping with these important issues contributes to the healing process and improves patient outcomes and satisfaction.

While a luxury facility, the unit is staffed with nurses and other members of our patient services team of the highest quality and capabilities. They are skilled in caring for our patients after Total Hip Replacement and Total Knee Replacement and work with our Physical Therapist to help you recover as fast as possible.
